Who We Are...
We are an ordinary family, ready to do extraordinary things. With having built and run a successful landscaping business as a husband and wife team for over 12 years, while raising 4 kids, we decided with the change in economy and nature of landscaping, we were ready for a change too. Having always been a thinker, creator and designer, I decided it was time for some of my ideas to come to life. In 2016 I started DI Works LLC and launched my first product, Toastilla. While this has been a whole new world for me, the whirlwind of knowledge I have gained over the year of planning for our launch has been truly amazing. As our family begins this new journey, we want to always make sure of the following:
Mission – DI Works LLC’s mission is to take everyday concerns, from our own ideas to concerns prompted by our consumers and turn them into solutions. We strive to build a network from consumers to manufacturers, marketing agents and beyond to turn solutions into reality.
Vision – Our overall vision for DI Works LLC is to become a household name. From the start of our original product, Toastilla, to our tenth product and beyond. We want to provide simple, affordable solutions to everyday problems.
Values – We promise to:

How Toastilla© Came About...
The recession forced the 2011 closing of my once thriving landscaping company. We lived on the little savings we had hoping things would turn around. In survival mode things go by the way side, like repairing broken appliances such as a stovetop. We were down to only 2 working burners, the small ones at that. Needless to say, each night presented a challenge to cook dinner. One night we were preparing tacos with meat on one burner, beans on another, trying to find room to cook rice while trying to figuring out how to cook the tortillas. I looked over and there was our toaster. So, I plopped in a couple tortillas and they turned out great. Only problem was they fell to the bottom, curling up. Getting them out was difficult and they took on a rather awkward shape for tacos, but I knew I was onto something. That’s when Toastilla was born.
