Order Cancellations
To cancel an order you placed online with DI Works LLC dba Toastilla, you must contact customer support by email customerservice@toastilla.net or by phone (877) 717-3332. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.
When contacting customer service to cancel an order, please be ready to provide:
your name, order number and contact information.
Please note that if an order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. In order to initiate your return, please fill our return form.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
